Refund policy

IN-STORE PURCHASE:
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 15 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Original sales receipt or gift receipt must accompany the item(s). If you received an appraisal with your item, it must be returned with the item.

Items must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage and be in their original packaging. 

Items may be subject to inspection by one of our Goldsmiths, prior to confirming exchange or store credit.

Custom, personalized or engraved pieces, and Special Orders from our Suppliers are not eligible for Return/Exchange.

ON-LINE PURCHASE
Please call the store at 905-875-2999 or email info@thevaultmiltoninc.com, to initiate a return. You will need to provide your Invoice number, contact details and reason for return.

Items purchased on-line may be returned within 15 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

Items may be returned in person, to the store. If items being returned are being shipped, all shipping charges must be pre-paid.
